Great budget hotel in a nice enough area adjacent to pubs, bars and restaurants. Nice building and rooms with a comfy bed. The staff was incredibly nice and location was marvellous. Also, easy to get to Jewellery Quarter.

Reasonably clean and WELL-MAINTAINED place with extremely friendly staff. Beautiful little and brand-new room, comfortable beds. Nice location to New Street train station, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Birmingham centre. So close to Saint Paul's Church. The hotel of choice in Birmingham.
